This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Far Supplies may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described here.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return is accepted only when the following conditions are met:
• The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused and still in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components are intact

Returns requested outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted unless covered under a specific warranty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
• Items that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed after delivery
• Products purchased incorrectly by the customer
• Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale
• Items damaged due to power surges or electrical faults not caused by the product itself

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
• Contact us immediately through phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide your order number, product details, and a clear explanation of the issue
• In some cases, we may request photos or a short video to verify the problem

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to our store or designated location.

Customers are responsible for safe packaging of the item during return transport.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, Far Supplies will cover the return shipping or collection fee.

If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Inspection and Approval

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection.
Approval is granted only when the product meets all return conditions.

If the item fails inspection due to misuse, damage, or missing components, the return will be declined and the product will be sent back to the customer.

6. Refunds

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing timelines:
• Mobile money: within 24 to 72 hours
• Bank transfers: within 2 to 5 working days
• Card payments: as per the card provider’s policy

Refund amount will exclude any non-refundable charges such as delivery fees unless the return resulted from our error.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same product model or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

If the chosen replacement has a higher price, the customer will pay the difference.

8. Warranty Considerations

Some products are covered by a manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s terms, which may differ from our store return policy.
Customers must retain their receipts for warranty support.

Warranty does not cover:
• Wear and tear
• Damage from improper use
• Electrical faults unrelated to the product
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
